Welcome,  I am Elizabeth Halley. 

Since working with people in Aged & Disability Care, Child Care and within the Social System in both Australia and New Zealand, I have been passionate about working in the community.  This has taught me about social and cultural awareness that has lead me to be the non judgemental person I am today.  As each person and every ceremony is different I am interested in designing ceremonies that are personalised to individual needs so that lasting memories are special. 

In 2017 I completed Certificate IV in Celebrancy CHC41015 and now as a civil celebrant I am dedicated to making your memories special. 

I have been married for 27 years and am involved in the lives of a wonderful daughter and two grandchildren who share my passion for learning, knowledge and community involvement.
